Curry Leaves Podi

Curry Leaves: 1cup
Pepper: 1tspn
Red Chilly: 2
Asafotida: pinch
Tamarind: little
Salt: little
Urad Dhal: 1tspn
Coconut Oil: 1/2tspn
Coriander Seeds: 1tspn

1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry everything except curry leaves,tamarind and asafotida.
2. Turn off the heat and add the curry leaves.
3. Mix everything well and grind it and store it in air tight container.
